Local Ambulance and Air Ambulance, limited to economy airfare

Out of Hospital Nursing: 

$10,000 maximum for Registered Nurse, every 3 calendar years (prior approval required)

Accidental Dental: 

Considered as an Extended Health Care Benefit, Unlimited if treated one year from accident

Health Practitioners Benefit: 

Physiotherapist, Registered Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, Naturopath, Osteopath, Chiropodist/Podiatrist, Speech Therapist: $500 calendar year maximum per practitioner (x-rays included)

Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Psychotherapist and Social Worker: Combined $500 calendar year maximum

Orthopedic Shoes Or Orthotics, Combined:

One pair every calendar year to a maximum of $500

Hearing Care Benefit:

$500 maximum every 3 years, excludes repairs or batteries

Durable Medical Equipment & Supplies:

Breast Prosthesis:

Every 2 calendar years

Surgical Brassieres:

2 per calendar year

Surgical Stockings:

2 pair per calendar year


$700 lifetime maximum
